Monday
  • Self-practice: WC exercises -- Mat on top of WC, Pull the Pedal Up, Table, Tendon Stretch, Push the Pedal Down
  • Taught: Pre-Pilates exercises with Mom -- 100, single leg circles, single leg stretch, double leg stretch, 10-10-10 exercises, spine stretch forward, standing balance work, neck roll, shoulder roll, castanets, stomping, toe curls with towel
Tuesday
  • Self-practice: Intermediate Reformer; Cadillac--Leg Springs, Chest Expansion (Kneeling), Rolling Stomach Massage; Wunda Chair -- Mountain Climber
  • Taught: Intermediate Reformer, Cadillac -- Leg Springs, Arm Springs, Ladder Barrel--Short Box Series; Wunda Chair -- Pull the Pedal Up, Push the Pedal Down, Twist; Pedi-Pole -- Chest Expansion, Arm Circles, Centering; Note: I tried some hands-on teaching but client told me she didn't like that! She said she lost concentration. Maybe I had my hands on too much!
