  • Taught beginner mat, spine corrector, foot corrector to partner
Tuesday
  • Self-practice: Wunda Chair (ab series, footwork, swan, teaser, twist, push the pedal down, going up front, going up side, pull the pedal up [two legs, one leg, side], mountain climber, tendon stretch, tabletop, frogs [facing chair, facing away from chair], star
  • Taught Beginning Mat class
Wednesday
  • Taught a person who has never taken Pilates before. A lot of work. Got through: basic reformer, basic mat, Wall
Thursday
  • private lesson with Anje (Advanced Reformer)
  • observed Anje teach
Friday: nothing (sick)

Saturday: nothing (sick)

Sunday
  • Self-practice: Advanced Mat, Arm Weights, Foot Corrector
