- Self-practice: Advanced Mat + Ladder Barrel Stretches
- Taught: Beginning Mat Class -- it was terrible; there were two people completely new to Pilates in the class and they were somewhat elderly. I omitted some exercises (like Rolling Like a Ball, Seal) that the other people in the class knew well. For those who had taken the class for the last 6 weeks, I think it was not very interesting for them. We finished early and I found myself struggling to fill the time. We did some arm weights and "front support" but still finished 5 minutes early.
